With this unique project BMMI provided services including detailed foundations, cast in place elevator and stair cores, topping over hollow core slabs to complete the structural steel building.

Specialty items included concrete architectural board formed feature wall, underground drainage vault, pool amenities building and surrounding concrete and masonry site work.
