Located on Lido Key in Sarasota Florida, In-yo House required precise execution of structural concrete and masonry to achieve the architect’s design specifications while adhering to Florida’s stringent building codes. Featuring tall, smooth shear walls and intricate architectural details, the design demanded innovative forming techniques and strategic use of scaffolding.

Our team coordinated every step to ensure the seamless integration of concrete structures with the architectural components, delivering both strength and aesthetic appeal. By using advanced materials techniques, we brought this dynamic and visually striking design to life.
