The construction of this building was not the typical construction style we see here in Florida. The entire steel structure “skeleton” along with the poured concrete floors were completed first. The building was then wrapped with a CMU “skin” attached to the steel structure with bolts and angles, designed to allow the steel structure within, to have movement.
