SMH Radiation Oncology Center

A premier care facility for Sarasota Memorial Hospital Radiation Oncology Center.

One of the critical elements of this project consisted of a CIP concrete radiation vault which included a large foundation, 3ft to 6ft thick concrete walls and a 42in thick concrete lid. To maintain the specs for this project, we used temperature sensors tied in multiple locations to monitor a certain range of the concrete’s temperature. We also used an average of 60lbs of ice per yard of concrete to ensure the mass concrete pour cured equally.
