Bob Miller Masonry, Inc. (“BMMI,” “we,” “us”) operates Bedrock Safety, an internal safety-management application used by our own employees. This policy describes how we handle information, including mobile phone numbers and text (SMS) messaging.

1. Information We Collect

We collect a mobile phone number, used to send one-time login codes and work-related safety notifications; a name and employee identifier, provided during onboarding; and job-related safety records entered in the app, such as toolbox-talk attendance, inspection findings, photos, and signatures.

2. SMS / Text Messaging

BMMI sends text messages only to our own employees, and only transactional messages tied to their work — one-time login verification codes, account and task notifications, and safety alerts such as stop-work notices. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies and is typically less than one message per day per user. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help. An employee provides their mobile number to BMMI and enters it on the app’s sign-in screen to request a login code; that is how they consent to receive these messages.

3. No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers are used solely to operate the Bedrock Safety app. The only third party that processes them is our SMS delivery provider, which transmits the messages on our behalf and does not use the numbers for any other purpose.

4. How Information Is Used & Retained

Information is used only to authenticate employees and to run BMMI’s internal safety program. It is retained for the period required by applicable OSHA regulations and BMMI’s internal recordkeeping policies, and is not sold or used for advertising.

5. Data Security

BMMI maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect employee information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to authorized BMMI personnel.
