These Terms of Service govern use of Bedrock Safety, the internal safety-management application operated by Bob Miller Masonry, Inc. (“BMMI,” “we,” “us”), and the text-message (SMS) program BMMI uses to communicate with its employees.

 

1. The Service

 

Bedrock Safety is an internal tool used by Bob Miller Masonry, Inc. to run its safety program — toolbox talks, job hazard analyses, inspections, corrective actions, equipment and vehicle repair requests, and stop-work documentation. It is not offered to the general public.

 

2. Eligibility & Authentication

 

Use of the Service is restricted to current employees of Bob Miller Masonry, Inc. who have been authorized by BMMI management. Access requires a mobile phone number. By entering your phone number on the sign-in screen, you agree to receive a one-time login code by SMS to verify your identity, and you are responsible for keeping your account secure.

 

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

 

Bob Miller Masonry, Inc. sends text messages to its own employees through the Bedrock Safety program. Message types include one-time login verification codes, account and task notifications, and safety alerts such as stop-work notices. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

 

  • Message frequency: varies and is typically less than one message per day per user.
  • Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
  • No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

 

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose as part of your work for BMMI: providing accurate safety information, and not sharing your login credentials or accessing data outside the scope of your authorization.

 

5. Records

 

Safety records created in the Service — including toolbox-talk attendance, inspection findings, photos, signatures, and corrective actions — are the property of BMMI and are retained in accordance with BMMI’s internal policies and applicable OSHA recordkeeping requirements.
